Work you'll do: • Operates finance and accounting solutions that strengthen compliance and improve efficiency • Support payroll solutions through applying leading practices, researching regulations, and performing technical analyses • Build and apply Technology knowledge (e.g., ERP, Analytics, Robotics) to address client business challenges • Develop knowledge of current legislation across the Global Tax and Business Advisory function • Recognize the key capabilities required to deliver a high-quality service experience to the client • Collect, assimilate, and analyze data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions in the Tax and Business Advisory business • Apply technology knowledge to address client business challenges You are also expected to: • Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact • Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent • Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track • Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills • Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business Job Requirements: • Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or taxation related • Preferred 3-5 years' full-time related working experiences in relevant job scope. • A qualification certificate is preferred, including but not limited to, CICPA, ACCA, or AICPA, CTA • Good understanding of PRC accounting standards, IFRS or US GAAP, tax laws/rules and payroll regulations, ability to identify clients' technical issues, and provide workable solutions • Strong business writing skills in both English and Chinese as well as fluent spoken English language • Experienced in using ERP system like Oracle or SAP, or other accounting software • Good communication skills and can maintain positive working relationships with appropriate client personnel on all engagements • Actively involve in new or challenging projects, can be a team player and help maintain good working environment with the team • Outstanding ability of effectively managing multiple engagements independently and under time pressure • Aspires to be a professional in a very competitive environment and demonstrate strong commitment in the profession
