Principal Accountabilities职责描述
1. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, including funnel planning from awareness to conversion.
2. Plan and implement online and offline marketing activities, including product launch events, Cat Day, machine delivery events, trade shows, roadshows, and digital marketing campaigns to drive continuous leads and funnel growth.
3. Plan and oversee sales content marketing, implement the deployment and operation of automated marketing tools, and improve marketing reach and leads quality.
4. Develop growth strategies based on customer and market insights, identify customer pain points, and collaborate with Sales and Caterpillar teams to drive solution‑based promotions.
5. Manage brand governance, ensure regional brand consistency, strengthen terminal image, and communication coherence; Partner with Caterpillar, media and other stakeholders to expand brand visibility and industry influence.
6. Coordinate cross‑functional teams and resources, including HQ, provincial teams, and Caterpillar, to ensure efficient execution and alignment of marketing initiatives.
7. Other duties assigned by the company.
Essential Criteria 基本素质
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related fields preferred.
2. 5+ years of proven B2B marketing experience, machinery industry background a plus
3. Solid understanding of integrated marketing, digital advertising, branding.
4. Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in priority setting, budget control and progress tracking.
5. Strong creativity, analytical thinking, project leadership and business acumen.
6. Customer-oriented, with strategic thinking and a broad business perspective
7. Fluent in written and spoken English.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
9. Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
