We will count on you to:
· First notice of loss, insurer notification and client acknowledgment
· Independently follow up routine claims and consult for clients
· Collaboration with insurers, loss adjusters and other related parties
· Data analysis and regular claims reports
· On-site claims meetings and trainings with clients
· Close in touch with business teams
· 负责接收客户出险通知并代为向保险公司正式报案
· 独立跟进客户日常赔案全流程，提供专业理赔顾问服务
· 与保险公司、公估公司及其他相关机构相互协作，共同推进赔案
· 理赔数据分析，理赔报表的定期制作与发布
· 参与现场理赔沟通会议，向客户提供必要的理赔培训
· 与业务团队保持密切联系，共同向客户提供优质保险顾问服务
What you need to have:
· Bachelor degree or above
· Master business English
· Experience in Property All Risks/Cargo/Employer’s Liability/Public Liability/Product Liability product lines
· 5+ years of Property and Casualty claims experience
· Responsible, patient and service-oriented
· Keen sense of business environment
· Proficiency in data processing tools such as Excel and Power BI is preferred
· Service experience in foreign-funded enterprises is preferred
· 大学本科或以上学历
· 熟练掌握商务英语
· 拥有财产险/货运险/雇主险/公责险/产责险等相关保险经验
· 五年或以上企财险理赔经验
· 有责任心，有耐心，有服务精神
· 对业务环境保持敏锐触觉

· 拥有外资企业工作经历更优
