Principal Engineer, VRF Cycle Design(WD30223151)

Responsibility:
▪ Be responsible for VRF cycle development, closely collaborate with other teams to conduct cycle design, validation and verification.
▪ Follow new product development process to conduct VRF cycle design, lead team to deliver all cycle design technical document.
▪ Establish and update VRF cycle standard.
▪ Participate VRF product cost reduction, maintenance and continue improvement activities.
▪ Participate trouble shooting to treat customer complains.
▪ Participate product benchmarking activity.
▪ Track on VRF product development trend, follow company VRF roadmap.
▪ Participate VRF product related technology study together with advanced development team.
▪ Make the annual performance target and key focus aligning with the supervisor, conduct the performance review as schedule. Make the personal annual training plan to improve the competence.
Requirements:
Mandatory
▪ Bachelor degree either refrigeration, thermal engineering or thermal physics.
▪ Sufficient work experience in HVAC company VRF development.
▪ Experience on VRF cycle control, performance optimization.
▪ Familiar with VRF product performance standard.
▪ Experience on project management.
▪ Fluency in both Chinese and English.
Preferred
▪ Master degree or above.
▪ 10 years or more experience in HVAC company VRF development.
▪ Familiar with HVAC product regulation (CE, CB, GB, UL AHRI, IEC etc).
▪ Read and written in Japanese.
