Sr. Lab Analyst 高级实验室分析员

工作目的

Responsible for implementing production and shift supervision instructions, completing laboratory analysis and quality control tasks in accordance with health, safety, environmental, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness requirements.
负责实施生产与执行倒班监督的指令，根据健康安全环保和成本效率方面地要求完成实验室分析及质量控制相关任务

工作维度

This position directly reports to the Shift Supervisor. Coordinates with plant operators, laboratory technical management team, laboratory maintenance contractors, third-party laboratories, etc.
本岗位直接向倒班监督进行汇报。协调装置操作人员、实验室技术管理团队、实验室维修承包商、第三方实验室等。

工作职责

1. Proactively learn and strictly comply with all company and laboratory management rules and regulations, completing assigned tasks in a safe, correct, rigorous, and efficient manner.
主动学习并严格遵守公司及实验室各项管理规章、制度，以安全、正确、严谨、有效的方式完成本职工作；
2. Independently and timely complete various testing tasks during the shift, strictly adhering to standards and work instructions. Fill in original records diligently and truthfully, and promptly release results. Take responsibility for the authenticity and accuracy of test results and original records.
独立、按时完成当班的各类检测任务，严格执行标准和作业指导书；认真、如实填写原始记录并及时发布结果；对检测结果及原始记录的真实性、准确性负责；
3. Reject improper interference and uphold the authenticity of test results.
拒绝不恰当的干扰，维护检测结果的真实性；
4. Maintain confidentiality obligations regarding user technical data and commercial secrets.
对用户的技术数据，商业机密负有保密责任；
5. Maintain facility environment, correctly operate various analytical equipment and perform related maintenance tasks to ensure normal operation, and keep relevant records.
保持设施环境，正确操作各类分析设备并执行相关维护工作，保障其正常运行，并做好相关记录；
6. Be responsible for sample receiving, labeling, handling, retention, and/or disposal. Take effective protective measures during sample preparation, testing, and transfer to prevent contamination, loss, or mix-ups.
负责样品的接收、标识、处置、保留和/或清理工作；在样品的制备、测试、传递等过程中采取有效的防护措施，避免样品被污染、丢失或混淆；
7. Monitor for abnormalities and proactively report any unusual situations.
关注异常，主动汇报任何异常情况；
8. Comply with shift handover regulations, providing clear and concise oral and written reports covering abnormal events and non-conformances occurring during the shift.
遵守交接班的规定，清晰、明确的口头和书面报告，报告当班发生的异常事件和不符合规定的事件。
9. Provide on-the-job training in relevant knowledge and skills to trainees, and review and authorize the release of test data generated by trainees.
对在岗学习人员进行岗位相关知识、技能的培训，审核发布在岗学习人员的测试数据；
10. Assist analytical technicians with tasks such as solution preparation, standard curve generation, quality control chart management, and equipment maintenance.
协助分析技术员完成溶液配制、标准曲线制作、质控图管理及设备维修等工作；
11. Be responsible for overall housekeeping during the shift.
在岗期间负责全面内务整理；
12.Proactively acquire relevant knowledge, complete required training according to the training plan, and ensure competency for the position.
积极主动学习相关知识，按照培训计划完成相关培训，确保自己胜任岗位工作；
13. Demonstrate good teamwork.
良好的团队协作；
14. Perform other tasks assigned by the Shift Supervisor.
其他由倒班监督委派的任务。

任职资格

Education Background:
Major in Chemistry; Bachelor’s degree or above.
教育背景：
化学类专业；本科及以上学历 Work Experience:

More than 5 years of work experience in a quality control laboratory of a petrochemical enterprise; experience in sample analysis for units such as LOP, SMPO, and EOEG, as well as corresponding laboratory setup and method establishment, is preferred.
工作经验：
有5年以上的石化企业质控实验室工作经验；有LOP、SMPO、EOEG等装置样品分析及对应实验室建岗建项经验优先
Language Requirements:
CET-4 or above is preferred, with the ability to smoothly read and translate English analytical methods, process descriptions, equipment manuals, and other materials preferred.
语言要求：
CET 4级以上优先，且能够顺畅阅读并翻译英文分析方法、装置工艺说明、设备说明书等资料 优先；
