工作目的
Implements production plan and supervisor’s instruction, maintain the plant in well operating in terms of HSE requirement and cost effective.
负责实施生产与执行倒班监督的指令，根据健康安全环保和成本效率方面的要求维持装置良好运行。
工作维度
This position reports to Shift Supervisor.
本岗位直接向倒班监督进行汇报。
This position will work with Shift Supervisor to make decision relating with plant operation i.e. startup, shutdown and HSEQ issue.
本岗位需协助倒班监督处理装置生产问题，例如装置开停车和HSEQ方面的问题等。
Coordinate with shift team members, EM technicians, MFT lab, and contractors.
做好与班组成员、维修技师、实验室分析员与现场承包商的协调工作。
工作职责
1. Operates the plant complying with HSE standards; Takes part in emergency response drills. Ensures the plant runs safely and reliably
遵照HSE标准进行操作，参加紧急响应演练。确保装置安全稳定运行。
2. Support Shift Supervisor to implement various tasks of the plant, such as completing inspection work related to plant project construction, pre-commissioning, initial startup, normal operation, performance testing, and other related tasks.
支持倒班监督执行各项装置的工作任务，如，完成装置项目建设相关的检查工作，预试车，原始开车，正常生产，性能测试等工作。
3. Maintains a thorough knowledge of current operational status of the process area that he is responsible for by reference to daily instructions, logbooks and shift change-over communications.
保持全面了解目前工艺操作的状况，执行日常的操作指令，操作日志和交接班。
4. Independently performs normal operational and relevant activities, (like training, normal operation, starting stopping, emergency shutdown, emergency responsible plan implement).
独立完成日常操作和相关工作（例如培训，日常操作，开停车，紧急停车和应急响应计划实施）。
5. Monitors process conditions, equipment and systems. Analyses deviations and undertakes preventive measures in consultation with SS (Shift Supervisor) or HPO (Head Process Operator) colleagues to prevent production disturbances.
监测工艺流程，设备和系统。与倒班监督或者主控工艺操作员共同分析并采取可预防性措施避免生产波动。
6. Responsible to ensure that the process units are operated to its optimum design by monitoring and acting pro-actively on information obtained from the control-room or his supervisor.
负责确保工艺单元按照最优设计运行，通过从中央控制室的监控或倒班监督获取信息，并主动采取相应措施。
7. Assists updating operational manual, start-up, shutdown procedures and other operational procedures.
协助更新操作手册，开停车程序和其他操作程序。
8. Ensures and undertakes good house-keeping in and around the relevant area of the plant.
承担装置管理区域相关内务工作。
9. Takes care of clear verbal and written reporting and ensures proper hand-over of responsibilities， takes place during daily shift changes ensures incident and non-conformity reporting.
负责确保口头和书面报告清晰明确，并保证责任交接得当，在日常轮班期间做好交接工作，同时报告日常班组发生的事件和不符合规定的事件。
10. In charge of sampling and intermediate product’s analysis, such as water content in product, etc.
负责样品和中间产品的分析，例如产品中水含量的分析。
11. Coaching and guiding JPO (Junior Process Operator) or PO’s in their development.
培训并指导初级工艺操作员或者工艺操作员的个人发展。
12. Any other works instructed by supervisor.
协助倒班监督完成其他工作。
任职资格
Educational background:
教育背景：
• College Education level (process technique) , or above.
大专及以上学历（工艺技术）。
Work experience:
工作经验：
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in chemical production plant
最少5年化工生产装置工作经验
• Has good organizational and team player
具有良好的组织协调能力和合作精神
• With experience in liquid chemical plant project construction and initial startup are preferred
有液体化工装置项目建设和原始开车经验优先
• With experience in POD plant operation are preferred
有聚醚多元醇装置生产操作经验优先
Language proficiency:
语言要求：
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin.
有流利的英语和汉语的口语和书写能力。
PC skills:
计算机技能：
• Proficient in PC skills.
熟练使用计算机。
