Key Responsibilities:
●Communication with Business Units and Suppliers: Maintain close communication with various business units and suppliers, ensure project requirements are clear, coordinate resources, and ensure smooth project progress.
●Project Process Management: Manage the entire process from requirement discussion, project development, acceptance testing to final launch, ensuring the project is completed on time and with quality.
●JIRA Management: Proficiently use JIRA tools for project tracking and management, including task allocation, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
●Project Planning and Control: Develop detailed project plans, monitor project progress, identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner to ensure project objectives are met.
●Collaboration with Global Teams: Collaborate with global teams and effectively communicate using English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to ensure information symmetry and seamless connection at all stages of the project.
●Internal Project Experience: Experienced in managing internal enterprise projects (e.g., CRM systems), able to quickly understand and adapt to internal requirements and processes.
Qualifications:
●Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields preferred.
●Work Experience: Over five years of project management experience with a technical background. Experience in internal enterprise projects is preferred.
●Skills Requirements:
●Excellent project management and communication skills.
●Proficient in using JIRA tools for project management.
●Strong proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to communicate smoothly with global teams.
●Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
●Personal Qualities: Highly responsible and proactive, with strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
●Technical Background: Understand the technical development process and basic technical principles to effectively communicate with the development team.
