职位描述 : Office Administration & Daily Operations 1.Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. 2.Manage courier services, including sending, receiving, and tracking packages and mail. 3.Handle the procurement, inventory, and distribution of office supplies to support daily operations. 4.Maintain a clean and organized office environment; coordinate with building property management on facility-related matters. 5.Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including access management and seating arrangements. Support for Employee Activities (Key Interest Area) 6.Assist in the coordination and execution of employee engagement activities, such as birthday celebrations, themed events, and wellness activities. 7.Help with logistics — preparing materials, setting up venues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day. 一、办公室行政与日常运营 1.作为访客接待的第一联系人,为访客提供热情且专业的接待服务。 2.负责快递管理工作,包括包裹、信件的收发与物流跟踪。 3.负责办公用品的采购、库存管理及分发,保障日常办公运转。 4.维护整洁有序的办公环境,就办公设施相关事宜与物业协调沟通。 5.协助办理员工入职与离职手续,包括办公权限管理、工位安排等。 二、员工活动支持(核心工作方向) 1.协助策划并开展员工关怀活动,如生日会、主题活动、员工健康福利活动等。 2.负责活动后勤保障 —— 物料准备、场地布置、对接供应商,确保活动当日顺利进行。 三、其他支持工作 1.按需为团队主管提供行政协助。 2.协助完成其他与办公室运营、内部沟通相关的临时性工作。 四、职位要求 1.具备至少 1 年行政或助理相关工作经验。 2.本科及以上学历。 3.熟练使用办公软件,包括 Excel、PPT。 4.英语流利。 5.具备良好的沟通能力,热爱组织活动,乐于营造轻松有趣的工作氛围。
