In this role you'll make an impact by:
*
Responsible for fermentation/Recovery production process and equipment to
ensure smooth production and stable delivery to customers.
*
Capable of optimize fermentation /Recovery technology for more cost efficiency
and sustainability and cooperate with local production team and global
optimization network.
*
Responsible for product BOM (bill of material) budget, yield and optimization
variance budget.
*
Close follow up production process, provide technical support and
troubleshooting when needed.
*
Cooperate with global and local functions to ensure successful product
introduction and site shift.
*
Capable of identify process/equipment constrains and come up with technical
solution and play as the user manager for Capex project assigned by management
team.
To succeed you must hold:
*
Master or PhD in fermentation, bioengineering, biotechnology, or other related
science.
*
2+ years proven experience in relative area is preferred.
*
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
*
Be a good relationship builder and quick learner.
*
Good English skills (oral, listening and writing).
