国际供应商管理岗（英语/俄语）

岗位职责：
1. 战略采购与供应商管理
1. Strategic sourcing and supplier management
制定并实施与业务目标一致的全球供应链战略。
Develop and implement global supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
识别并评估新供应商，进行合同谈判，并管理供应商绩效以确保质量、成本和交货目标的实现。
Identify and evaluate new suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets.
2. 项目采购支持
2. Project sourcing support
支持投标团队根据客户要求在全球范围内寻找供应商，并就商业条款进行谈判并与供应商达成一致。
Support bidding team to search supplier according to customer requirement globally, to negotiate commercial terms and alignment with supplier.
通过与供应商谈判寻找机会以实现成本目标。
To find opportunity by doing negotiation with supplier to fulfill cost target.
协调内部同事与供应商，确保准时交货。
Coordinate colleague and supplier for on-time delivery.
3. 合规
3. Compliance
确保遵守国际贸易法规（如《国际贸易术语解释通则》、出口管制、关税）及内部合规政策。
Ensure adherence to international trade regulations (e.g., INCOTERMS, export controls, tariffs) and internal compliance policies.
任职要求：
1、Supply Chain Management,International Trade, Electrical Automation, Automation, and related majors 供应链管理、国际贸易、电气自动化、自动化及相关专业；
2、3+ years in international supply chain management, with proven experience in cross-border logistics, customs, and supplier management.
具备3年以上国际供应链管理经验，拥有跨境物流、海关事务及供应商管理等领域的实践经验；
3、专业技能：精通国际贸易单证、《国际贸易术语解释通则》及合规事务（如GDPR、FDA法规）。Expertise in international trade documentation, INCOTERMS, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, FDA regulations).
4.熟练运用ERP系统（SAP）及数据分析工具（Excel、Power BI），Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
4.语言能力：英语流利；掌握多语种（如俄语、西班牙语）者优先。Languages: Fluent in English; multilingualism (e.g., Russian, Spanish, German) is a strong plus.
5、具备独立海外供应商开发及谈判能力。
Proficient in independently developing and negotiating with overseas suppliers.
