Description of Tasks：
• Leading role for the KGIS project, responsible for Keyless Go in Smartphone feature Android development as a market function owner aim at local phone brands.
• High ability to enhance the cooperation with local phone brands, leading the KGIS function development & research.
• Representing the company in CCC and ICCE alliance working groups.
• BLE+NFC digital key background service system construction and cloud link design.
• Self-responsible in KGIS project for development, verification, calibration, testing and release of KGIS function including components & systems as a function owner in China market
• Enhance the cooperation with regulation team for safety/security GB, homologation related test set up and technical support from RD conduct EE security key development and troubleshooting for China rollout carlines
• Excellence in presentation skill, well-structured and high logical driven thinking. With strong English language skill and high management level presentation skills, German language beneficial.
• Proactively leading the regular coordination and realization work for localization and supplier management
• Organize regular communication with R&D headquarter in Germany, for developing & localization related topics together with local suppliers in China, timely verify results in collaboration with R&D HQ and vehicle testing programs.
• Support Change Management, production and testing of EE components
Experience:
• Specific experience in digital car key related function and project management area. Working experience in cross functional teams, + 2 years working experience in automotive industry (OEMs or part suppliers).
• EE diagnostic & troubleshooting related work experience in highest preference.
• High management level coordination and presentation skill.
Specific Knowledge:
• Knowledgeable and experienced in Java backend development and implementation of backend systems related to smart cards and the IoTs.
• Familiar with cryptography immobilizer system and security element related design.
• Familiar with electronic design of vehicle electronic products. Software design and reliability design process.
• Excellent in presentation skill, well-structured and high logical driven thinking.
• Chinese native speaker with fluent English language high management presentation skills, German language beneficial.
• Computer/Testing skills mandatory, including Microsoft Office, EE diagnose tools CANoe, Monaco & CAD (NX is preferred)
• Self-responsible working attitude and initiative, excellence in cooperation with cross-function team, able to organize and leading the topic, push the whole project moving forward.
• Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels
• Strong planning and organizational skills able to well organize high management level meeting and communication.
• High commitment for automobiles
• Willingness to travel inside China and abroad to prepare and support launches at JV / suppliers
