Objectives:
Leverage cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies and tools to systematically reshape and enhance the efficiency, quality, and innovation capabilities of the entire automotive software development process.
Tasks:
AI-Enabled R&D Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and continuously iterate the department-level "AI-Enabled R&D" strategic blueprint and implementation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
AI Toolchain and Platform Construction:
- Lead the planning, introduction, integration, and in-house development of an AI-powered R&D toolchain (e.g., AI programming assistants, intelligent test generation, AI-assisted requirements analysis, intelligent project management, etc.) to build a unified, intelligent, and efficient R&D platform.
Intelligent Reconstruction of R&D Processes:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing software development processes (requirements, design, coding, testing, release), identify bottlenecks, and leverage AI technologies (e.g., predictive models, natural language processing, code generation) to optimize and automate processes, establishing new intelligent working paradigms.
R&D Efficiency Measurement and Insights:
- Design and implement a data-driven R&D efficiency measurement system, analyze key metrics (e.g., delivery cycle time, defect density, code reuse rate, team workload) using AI models, and provide deep insights and visual reports to drive data-driven efficiency improvements.
Technology Evangelism and Capability Building:
- Promote an AI-driven R&D culture within the department, organize training sessions and workshops, and foster the team's habits and skills in using AI tools to build an elite software team adept at leveraging AI.
Technology Foresight and Innovation:
- Continuously monitor the latest advancements in AI within the software engineering field (e.g., LLM, Agent, AI4SE), conduct technical pre-research and prototype validation, and explore innovative application scenarios in automotive software development.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in software development, architecture, or R&D efficiency platform-related roles.
- Proven success in substantially applying AI technologies to large-scale software development processes with significant results (e.g., leading projects such as AI programming assistant promotion, intelligent testing, automated code review, AI-assisted requirements management).
Technical Skills:
- AI/ML Capabilities:
- In-depth understanding of machine learning/deep learning principles, with extensive experience in Prompt Engineering.
- Familiarity with at least one mainstream large model (e.g., GPT series, CodeLlama) for API calls, fine-tuning, or private deployment.
- Experience in AI application development is preferred.
R&D Processes and DevOps:
- Deep understanding of modern software development processes and best practices such as Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.
Data Skills:
- Strong data-driven mindset, capable of defining efficiency metrics and performing efficiency analysis and visualization using data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) or platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading R&D efficiency platform construction or major improvement projects at large internet companies or smart device (mobile/automotive) manufacturers.
- Familiarity with automotive software development characteristics (e.g., ASPICE, Functional Safety ISO 26262, AUTOSAR) is a plus.
