FATP Engineer (FATP工艺工程师)

Key Responsibilities 主要职责
1.Provide process technical support for FATP(final assembly, testing and packaging), lead NPI and mass production introduction.
2.Formulate process routes, production line layout planning and work instructions (SOP/WI) to ensure smooth production transition.
3.Manage the introduction, setup, debugging and acceptance of testing equipment and fixtures.
4.Responsible for process optimization and lean improvement; enhance production efficiency and reduce scrap rate through process optimization, tooling upgrading and parameter adjustment.
5.Cooperate with R&D, Quality, supply chain and cross-function teams.
6.Prepare technical documents, and provide training for production technicians and operators.
7.Communicate with customers on FATP related issues, follow up customer complaints until closure, and support customer audit and certification to maintain customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements 职位要求
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, IE or related fields.
2.Above 2 years of working experience in FATP process, equipment or manufacturing in consumer electronics, automotive electronics or electronics manufacturing industry.
3.Familiar with basic knowledge of digital/analog electronics and SMT/PCBA manufacturing.
4.Able to independently develop SOP, PFMEA and other technical documents.
5.Understand automation equipment and fixtures; experience with CAD/ProE/Solidworks.
6.Good English reading and writing skills; able to read technical documents in English.
