职位描述
1. 收集以及精炼系统级别的需求和文档；
2. 完善BMS硬件以及电池包电子电气部分的流程化和文档化工作；
3. 负责电池包的电气架构设计，同时也负责包括BMS的硬件设计，试制，测试，最终量产以及零部件供应商的管理和开发工作；
4. 基于硬件设计，协助BMS软件工程师开发/调试相关软件；
5. 根据系统需求，设计并搭建相关测试台架，负责BMS的功能/性能测试；
6. 其他业务范围内分派的工作；
职位要求：
1. 熟悉锂电池储能，尤其是UPS等相关产品的功能和特点；
2. 熟悉BMS的硬件功能和性能；
3. 具备电池包内高/低压线束设计，制作以及修改的经验；
4. 具备数电，模电以及功率元器件的设计经验，同时基于设计能进行相关测试用例的执行和仿真；
5. 拥有EMC要求相关的设计经验以及解决能力；
6. 根据电池包系统的电子电气功/性能需求，拥有丰富的电子/电气元器件的选型和评估能力；
7. 有配合UPS的电子电气开发经验者优先。
