1. 负责数据中心电源模块/插框/机柜的热设计需求分析、方案优化、仿真和验证。
2. 寻求使用风扇、散热器、热管、冷板、液冷、浸入式冷却等具有成本效益和创新的冷却技术。
3. 协作建立原型机，跟踪热测试实验验证和解决热测试问题。
4. 热设计相关 CBB /技术规范/经验案例/专利文档编写。
5. 主导热管理预研和行业/竞争对手样机解剖和技术趋势研究。
资格：
1. 机械、流体、热力学专业本科及以上学历。
2. 熟练使用FloEFD,
Flotherm, 6 Sigma ET, Icepack等常用的CFD工具，熟悉CAD工具Creo者优先。
3. 扎实的传热理论知识和较强的逻辑/问题解决能力。
4. 善于沟通和团队合作。
5. 流利的英语口语和书面表达者优先。
