Job Profile: Human Resources > Talent Management
JOB SUMMARY
As part of the Talent Management team, the Manager, Leadership Solutions will design and implement development programs created to meet the leadership development needs of first-level supervisors, managers, and senior leaders across the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate business needs into high-impact learning that builds leadership and management capability
- Analyze leadership assessment data to identify and prioritize gaps
- Design, develop, and implement leadership development and high-potential programs for leaders that result in positive behavior change for participants in leadership competencies
- Manage delivery of training and implementation of development solutions such as assessment centers, action learning programs, and custom education programs
- Facilitate training, education and / or experiential learning programs
- Evaluate and demonstrate ROI/business impact of all leadership development and talent management programs
- Partner with vendors to support leadership and talent management strategies
- Create and analyze metrics to determine the impact of leadership development initiatives, and strength of Jabil’s leader population
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated ability to engage and maintain active executive sponsorship for formal leadership development solutions
- Proven experience in needs assessment and analysis
- Proven design experience that incorporates adult learning principles and results in innovative, engaging programs that lead to behavior change
- Knowledge of best practices in developing leaders, and experience applying these best practices within organizations
- Strong analytic and business partnering skills to evaluate learning needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proficient in variety of training modes including web-based and blended approaches; proficiency in designing non-training solutions including experiential learning programs.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Competence in evaluation of leadership programs
- Experience integrating competencies into organizational initiatives that build leadership capability
- Excellent relationship building and influence skills
- Ease working independently as well as collaboratively
- Experience conducting learning and development initiatives globally, including Greater China, Asia and the Americas
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and e-mail skills required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree required. Masters Degree in a discipline such as industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, management, or a related field preferred.
- 10 years work-related experience required, preferably in learning, leadership development, talent management or similar.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the above disciplines required.
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
