1. Working as a lean champion, building up Lean production system, promote lean culture.
2. Leading CI system in the corporate, control and monitor the whole close loop process from idea raise to improvement actions verification and YOKOTEN.
3. Summarize the periodical factory Kaizens and output Kaizen weekly report to the global management team.
4. Labor reduction, Efficiency improvement, line balance optimization for Key production lines, smart ways exploring.
5. Assist with SFM system establishment.
6. Assist with Lean line design, U-shape lines, Cell lines establishment to fulfill the complex order condition.
7. Be a lean role to assist with automation projects.
8. Assist with production flow design, milk run, WIP reduction, feeding design.
9. 7 wastes elimination and Kaizen opportunities finding in the regular Gemba Walk.
10. Organize lean activities including but not limited to Kaizen credits exchange.
Requirement:
1. College degree in related mechanical or electrical Engineering
大专以上，机械或电子专业。
2. 3+ years’ working experience as engineer in multinational manufacturing companies
3年以上外企工作经验。
3. Good at English reading/writing, average speaking and listening is accepted. 英文读写熟练，能沟通。
4. Be familiar with CAD software 熟悉绘图软件
5. Familiar with the concepts including: TPS, 5S, TPM, PDCA, CI, A3 Problem solving, Poka-yoke, Andon, SFM, PTS, Gantt chart, Pareto, YAMAZUMI chart etc.
