(高级)税务及转移定价咨询顾问

主要职责：（基本功能）
Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)
提供客户转移定价税务服务，包括转移定价本地文档的准备，转让定价咨询以及筹划服务，帮助客户设立内部公司之间的定价机制
Providing transfer pricing tax services for clients, including the preparation of local transfer pricing documentation, transfer pricing consulting and planning services to help clients set up internal inter-company pricing mechanisms

为不同行业的客户提供跨境税务咨询、税务筹划服务
Providing cross-border tax consulting and tax planning services for clients in different industries

帮助客户进行中国及亚洲地区投资的相关税务结构筹划
Assisting clients with tax structuring strategies for investment into China and other Asian countries

与DSA其他地区分公司及相关负责人合作，加强跨地域业务服务及相关专业意见
Coordinating with other DSA offices and professional partners to enhance cross-border delivery of advice and services to clients

扩大内部及外部业务合作，发展新业务
Expanding business and referral networks both internally and externally to develop new business
工作要求
Job Requirements

熟悉中国税务相关政策及操作。熟悉亚洲其他地区税收政策的以及具有税务经验及相关资质的将被优先考虑
Familiar with Chinese tax policy and operation. Familiarity with tax policies in other parts of Asia as well as tax experience and relevant qualifications will be preferred

具有理解及运用其他亚洲地区转让定价知识，包括但不限于香港、新加坡、印度及越南等
Capable of understanding and applying TP matters in other Asian regions, including but not limited to Hong Kong, Singapore, India and Vietnam

优秀的英语口语及写作能力
Excellent oral and written English skills

优秀的沟通及报告撰写能力、认真细致
Excellent general communication and reporting writing skills, careful and
meticulous

Able to work under pressure.

财务相关专业，具有税务或法律相关资质，包括但不限于注册会计师/注册税务师/英国特许会计师/法学学士或硕士等
Major in finance, with tax or legal qualifications, including but not limited to CPA/CTA or ACCA or LLM/LLB

Educational Background
法律/会计/财务及相关专业学士学位
Bachelor's Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
经验
Experience
2-4年相关经验
2-4 years of working experience.
