COMPANY 开发大型家用电器行业的新商业机会,重点关注洗衣机、洗碗机、烤箱及相关产品。
The position will be responsible
for developing new business opportunities for COMPANY in China in the major home
appliances sector, with a particular focus on washing machines, dishwashers,
ovens, and related products.
主要目标是扩大集团在行业主要制造商中的影响力,开发新联系人,在复杂组织中建立关系,并推广在欧洲已成熟但在中国市场仍较少应用的产品线。
The main objective is to expand
the Group’s presence among the leading manufacturers in the sector,
generating new contacts, building relationships within complex organizations,
and introducing product lines already well established in Europe but still not
widely adopted in the Chinese market.
主要职责Main Responsibilities
业务拓展与网络建设Business development and
networking
- 识别、联系并开发大型家用电器行业的新潜在客户。Identify, contact, and develop new
potential customers in the major home appliances sector. - 绘制并接触大型工业集团中的关键决策者。Map and reach key stakeholders within large industrial groups.
- 建立并维护高质量的联系人网络,以积极主动、结果导向的方式开展工作。Build and maintain a network of qualified
contacts with a proactive, results‑oriented approach. - 推介和推广 COMPANY在欧洲已成熟的产品线(如洗碗机和烤箱的开合系统),扩大目前在中国的产品供应。Introduce and promote COMPANY product
lines already consolidated in Europe (e.g., opening/closing systems for
dishwashers and ovens), expanding the current offering in China. - 管理完整的业务拓展流程:市场调研、首次接触、跟进、机会评估以及谈判支持。Manage the entire business development
cycle: scouting, first contact, follow‑up, opportunity qualification, and
support during negotiation.
与本地子公司及总部的协调Coordination with the local
subsidiary and headquarters
- 与 COMPANY
上海的总经理合作,统一运营和商业优先事项。Collaborate with the Managing Director of COMPANY Shanghai to
align operational and commercial priorities. - 定期与意大利总部(董事会、首席财务官、集团销售负责人)沟通,分享以下内容:Interface regularly with the headquarters
in Italy (Board of Directors, CFO, Group Head of Sales), sharing updates
on: - 商业管道commercial
pipeline - KPI 和业绩KPIs and results
- 市场战略与机会strategies
and market opportunities - 竞争与技术趋势competitive
and technological trends
- 提供及时可靠的洞察,支持集团战略决策。Provide timely and reliable insights to support the Group’s
strategic decisions.
市场营销与市场情报Marketing and market
intelligence
- 收集竞争对手、市场趋势和行业动态的信息。Gather information on competitors, market trends, and
industry dynamics. - 协助准备商业资料和演示文稿。Support
the preparation of commercial materials and presentations. - 参与市场营销和潜在客户开发活动。Contribute
to the development of marketing and lead‑generation activities.
KPI 与销售管道管理KPI and pipeline management
- 监控商业 KPI 并定期更新销售管道。Monitor commercial KPIs and
regularly update the sales pipeline. - 支持目标设定和持续改进活动。Support
the definition of targets and continuous improvement activities.
任职要求Requirements
经验Experience
- 2–4 年商业、业务拓展或客户管理相关经验。2–4 years in commercial,
business development, or account management roles. - 有工业组件或产品销售经验者优先,尤其是大型家用电器行业。Experience in selling industrial
components or products, preferably for the major home appliances sector.
技术能力Technical skills
- 了解大型家用电器(洗衣机、洗碗机、烤箱)所使用的技术和组件。Basic knowledge of technologies and
components used in major home appliances (washing machines, dishwashers,
ovens). - 能够理解并向客户解释技术概念,必要时可获得技术团队支持。Ability to understand and explain
technical concepts to customers, with support from the technical team when
needed. - 深入了解行业者优先。In‑depth
knowledge of the sector is considered a plus.

Europe.

experience with major home appliance manufacturers. - 有技术类组件销售经验。Experience

of the Chinese home appliance market.
