技术服务经理

岗位职责：
1. Focus on Product Application Development in North-East Asia markets (including HK, ***, Japan and Korea), and Provide Technical Supports to both internal Business Team and Partners
2. Co-operate with Partners in the North-East Asia Markets for New Product Application Business, Provide Timely & Effective Technology Solutions to Targeted Projects
3. Conduct Exide Product Presentation & Training for both Business Partners & End-users
4. Establish Rapport Relationship with Influential Project Consultants for Technical Spec-in
5. Handle Product & Technical Complaints and provide On-site Inspection Services
6. Handle Regular Communications with Regional Technical & Product & Quality Management Teams in Leveraging their Expertise
7. Carry out Regular On-site Battery Examinations for Key Project End-users, Build and Enhance the After-Sales Project Database
8. Maintain Close Working Relationship between Partners and End-users; Collect & Analyze Major Competitive Information and Support Sales Department in Resolving Problems regarding Products Application and Technical Knowhow
9. Provide Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support to Business Team
10. Assists other tasks assigned by line manager.
任职要求：
1. At least 5years + relevant working experience
2. Bachelors Degree (Electrical Engineering preferred) or above, Past Working Experience in Lead Acid Battery Industry or power system is definitely an advantage
3. Strong Knowledge of Battery Application, Basic Knowledge of UPS System, Power Supply System, Telecommunication Power Systems required
4. Able to Apply Own Professional Knowledge / Skills to Perform Complex Analyses, Disaggregate Information, Find Patterns, Determine Causes, and Interpret Results.
5. Familiar with CAD Tools
6. Proficient Skills with MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
7. Business Travel is required
8. Able to Work Independently, Professional Judgment, Aggressive & Proactive Team-Player
9. Excellent communication skills with language proficiency in English and Chinese
10. Willing to Take Up Challenging Assignments
