Key Responsibilities:
主要职责：
1.Design and develop hydraulic systems for industrial machinery, including hydraulic power packs, integration of pumps, valves, cylinders, accumulators, and piping layouts.
研发设计工业设备的液压系统，包括液压动力部件、泵、阀门、气缸、蓄能器和管道布局的集成。
2.Calculate and define all hydraulic components with the help of professional software, such as CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to validate hydraulic system performance.
借助专业软件，如CFD（流体动力学），验算并定义所有液压元件，以验证液压系统性能。
3.Create detailed fluid schematics, technical documentation and part lists. 绘制详细的流体原理图、技术文档和零件清单。
4.Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and control engineers to ensure seamless integration of hydraulic systems.
与机械、电气和控制工程师合作，确保液压系统的无缝衔接。
5.Conduct failure mode analysis (FMEA) and root-cause investigations for hydraulic system malfunctions.
对液压系统故障进行失效模式分析（FMEA）并调查故障原因。
6.Optimize designs for efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, adhering to ISO, DIN, or SAE standards.
根据ISO、DIN或SAE标准，优化设计以提高效率、可靠性和成本效益。
7.Support prototyping, testing, and field validation of hydraulic systems.协助液压系统的原型机制造、测试和现场验证。
8.Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., electro-hydraulic systems, smart hydraulics).及时了解新兴技术（如电液系统、智能液压）。
