职位说明:Job Description: 1、根据法律规定和公司制度要求保证日常经营活动安全有序运行。Ensure the business operation safety to meet the requirements of the company and regulations. 保证各分子公司/业务板块经营活动合法合规,并符合集团、公司的要求。 Ensure the activities within branches/segments be compliance with the Group, the company and legal requirements. 2. 制定清晰的公司经营策略。Define a clear strategy. 根据琦威中国集团的战略制定本公司的经营策略并带领团队执行;对公司经营结果负责。 Based on the Kiwa China Group strategies, formulate the business strategy for BCC; and lead team to execute. Be responsible for business result. 执行董事会决议、决定,在公司授予的决策权限内制定相应行动计划; Implement board resolution, decision, make action plans within decision authority limit of the company. 3. 完成公司年度预算计划。Responsible to fulfill the Yearly Plan of BCC. 完成年度KPI;Fulfil the yearly KPI; 负责实施各项市场/销售项目的落地执行,确保公司财务营收目标的达成; Be responsible for the profit and loss of BCC; 对市场及销售情况进行关注、分析,包括竞争对手情况、市场机会/趋势、限制因素及其他因素; Ensure appropriate and quick feedback and action on marketing and sales issues, including competitor information, market opportunities/trends and constraints, and other factors. 了解外部市场及技术等变化,识别机会点,持续改善商业经营模式。 Know about the changes of external market and technology, identify potentials opportunities, and make sustainable improvement of business models. 4. 在日常经营和服务中,维持和改善客户服务水平,致力提升客户满意度。 While in daily operation & service, maintain and improve customer service level, endeavor to improve customer satisfaction level. 5 负责培养和发展公司的各类人才,持续提升组织有效性和人员效率。 Responsible for the effective people deployment and development. 负责公司的组织架构和人员管理,监督绩效目标实现; Responsible for organization and personnel management, supervise performance target realization; 向下属清晰准确地传达公司决策、经营目标和优先事项等; Communicate the strategy, business objectives, and priorities to subordinates in a clear and precise manner; 提倡开放,透明,坦诚沟通的企业文化,鼓励团队间交流,释放团队创新潜力; Encourage the open, transparent culture within the team to share different ideas. Release the potentials of the team’s creation and innovation; 向下属团队提供公平和坚持性的反馈意见,并在工作及职业发展方面提供指导; Provide fair and constructive feedback and coaching to team members, not only on tasks but also on career development; 提高团队士气,把人员流失率控制在合理范围。为团队制定继任及应急计划; Boost the team morale and control team’s attrition rate on a reasonable level. Develop the succession and contingency plan for the team; 合理部署公司人员安排,提升效率。 Responsible for effective people deployment. 6 合规管理。Responsible for Compliance management. 保证公司的经营活动符合国家法律、行政法规,安全、合规经营,严格执行公司政策和制度,特别是合规政策和制度; Ensure business and operation be compliance with the laws and regulations, run the business safely and be compliance, strictly stick to the company’s policies and regulations, especially the compliance policies and regulations; 负责公司的合规管理,及时辨识并报告重大经营风险及其解决或改善计划; Responsible for the compliance management, timely identify and report the major business risk and the solution or improvement plan; 定期回顾公司的经营及合规风险,制定持续改善计划。 Regular review the risk of business operation and compliance, make continuous improvement plan.
