Quality Engineer

This exciting role offers opportunity to:

Be primarily responsible for product quality by
utilizing systematic approaches and lead the actions to continuously improve
product quality performance.

Participate and work with PM in related advance
Quality planning activities for new parts.
参与所负责的产品前期质量开发，PPAP批准；

Measure and report new parts quality
performance.
监控新产品的质量业绩；

Lead the actions to work on worst performing
quality and continue to improve process performance by using all relative
quality tools, such as 8D, A3.
有效利用各类质量工具,如8D, A3, 领导对过程的质量改善活动，持续改进供应质量水平；
•
Train, lead and facilitate process on problem
solving.
反馈过程的质量不良，协助，并不断提高解决问题的能力，防止质量问题再发；
•
Plan and improve process control plan.
制作过程检验控制计划；
•
Data summary and analysis；
数据汇总及分析
•
Lead in process and product audits.
主导过程和产品审核；
•
Coordinate and push 8D team on problem solving
to drive zero defect on customer side.
主导与推动相关问题解决团队解决质量问题,确保在客户端不重复发生由于过程问题导致的客户投诉；
•
Work with SQE to solve all customer issue which
caused by supplier.
与
SQE一起解决所有由于原材料质量问题导致的客户投诉；

Requirement
•
Bachelor’s degree or higher, engineering
relevant major preferred.
•
5 years and more quality, development, and
project management experience in auto industry
•
Problem-Solving concepts/tools.
•
Quality system knowledge and audit
skill.


•
Read and interpret blueprints and process
documentation.
•
Statistical process control
knowledge

•
Interpersonal and communication skills.


•
Knowledge and application of APQP audit tools.
•
Fluent in written and spoken English.
•
Working knowledge and the ability to train
others in the following area: IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, SPC, Root Cause
Analyze, 5 core tools ,7 tools, Poka-yoke etc
•
In-depth application experience on problem
solving, compliant handling.
•
In-depth knowledge in quality tools, APQP, FMEA,
MSA, SPC, PPAP
•
In-depth knowledge in GD&T standard
•
In-depth knowledge in manufacturing &
assembly process, CQI-9 heat treatment and CQI-15 welding.
•
Knowledge of IATF 16949 Standards, VDA6.3,
VDA6.5
•
Vary experience user of Microsoft Office
package.
