岗位概述 Position Summary
负责高精度光学加工项目的开发验证。负责/支持项目全生命周期（端到端）管理。
Responsible for development and implementation of high precise optical processing project with E2E responsibility.
主要职责 Main Task
Technical support on Optics technology and work closely with lab engineering team, providing the solid solution to critical issue during the project phase to make product reliable.
Implement the End 2 End project to enable the new process, automation, optical product, technical platform effectively and efficiently. Be responsible for technical solution design and documentation, document consolidation, regular reporting update of project to senior management.
Implement the APQP to qualify the new process, automation, optical product, technical platform.
With good knowledge of IT system ( PCS, LODB,lens order data transfer) and data technical, as need, involve in the new equipment development, indentify the gap of development and operation needs, provide the support to the project manager/engineer during implementation and roll out stage.
Complete the task which is arranged by supervisor.

七、任职资格 Qualification
（一）、教育背景 Education Background
硕士或以上，机械专业或光学工程或光学设计
（二）、工作经验/经历 Work Experience
3 years of experience on process/machine/optics manufacturing engineering at least
Good knowledge or experience in optics related field

（三）、专业知识/技能 Knowledge And Skill
Good skill on process data analyst and reporting.
Good skill of data technology, basic knowledge on software and application
Experience in problem solving skills
IT interface technology
It is necessary to have experience to manufacturing the optical product in previous career.
It is preferred to have lens design experience / knowledge.
Good skill to use the ProE 3D or similar software.
Good skill at one program language at least, such as python, C++.
Good at English skill, listen, oral and written
