Follow up result and project, check result is correct and project is delivered, report in time. Organize the information and make logical and correct reports. 1.Organize Lab level Tier meetings, follow instruction/comments from Operation Head or his representative make clear record with decisions and action plans, track the result of action plans until close; Keep driving efficiency and effectiveness improvement of Lab level Tier meetings. 2.Create routine/temporary reports with high quality and clearly present situation/issues/solutions; Pre-audit the document qualities from Engineering/production and push improvement; 3.Communicate with all level regarding to temporary tasks with detailed expectations. 4.Representative from Lab Management to attend working meetings, transfer expectations and feedbacks; 5.Help to organize culture related activities/forums; 6.Identify highlights, organize information, write articles, etc; 7.Digital transformer representative from Lab Management. 8.Arrange guests schedule in Lab; 9.Other tasks arranged by supervisor; Qualifications: 1.Majored in engineering/science; 2.Good at PowerPoint, Excel, Word. Understanding of MS Project and PowerBI is preferred. 3.Able to create logical reports; 4.Able to effectively communicate with people from different function and level; 5.Understanding of statistics/math is preferred. 6.Basic understanding of projects(Plan, Budget, Timeline, Critical Path, Milestones) is preferred. 7.Fluent English; 8.Proactive, result oriented; Good communication skills; Perform well under pressure; Logical thinking; Willing to learn;
