Production Planner （Meditec）

岗位概述 Position Summary1.负责将月度生产计划转化为周生产计划、并将生产计划与生产部门进行明确的交接，以便启动生产活动Responsible for transfer monthly produciton plan into weekly produciton plan and handover the production plan to production department to initiate production.2.负责按生产计划安排委外灭菌计划，并与供应商及相关部门沟通，保证计划的按时执行Responsible for arrange external sterilization plan according to production plan and communicate with vendor and relateddepartment on time to make sure the plan be exectued according to plan.3.制作并定期维护部门报表和基础数据，包括power BI, SAP，以及其他相关电子表格。Make and update department related report and data base, include power BI, SAP, and other related electric report.4.跟踪生产计划执行情况，包括准确性、欠单、生产前置期、成材料等指标，主动发现并反馈异常情况。Tracking production planning performance, include production accurancy, BO, production LT, yeild rate etc.,find issues proactively and feedback abnormal conditions.岗位职责 Responsibility1.将评审后可执行的客户订单转换为周生产计划，交接给对应的产线，启动生产和交付。Transfer customer order into weekly production plan, hand over to production team to start making and deliverying. 2.根据主生产计划编制外部灭菌计划、协调灭菌供应商及相关部门按计划完成委外灭菌工作。According main production plan make external sterilization plan, coordinate sterilization vendor and related departments to finish the external sterilization on time. 3.监控生产计划主数据，并在必要时向相关团队提出数据更新申请（SAP,Power BI)。Monitor production plan master data, send change request to related department if necessary(SAP, Power BI) 4.根据相关报表的周期进行定期更新基础数据或制作新的报表，检查数据的准确性。Update report basic data or make new report according frequency, check the data accuracy. 5.监控生产计划执行情况，反馈相关KPI的差异，分析原因。 Monitor production plan execute status, feedback KPI variances and analysis the reason. 6.组织定期会议与工厂内各部门进行生产主计划的沟通，保证信息的传递畅通、准确，同时收集各部门可能影响生产计划的安排，对齐进行评估，并进行协调，以最大程度的满足客户交付。Orginaze regular meeting to discuss production plan with related departments, make sure information is sharing smoothly and accurately. Collect informatin which may influence production plan from each departments, evaluate it and coordinate it to maximum fulfill customer demand. 7.完成部门领导交付的其他工作。Other tasks which is handed over by supervisor. 任职资格 Qualification1.本科及以上，物流管理、物流工程、计算机、信息技术管理等相关专业、数据分析等相关专业优先Bachelor or above, Logistics management, logistics engineering, computer, information technology management, data analysis and related major preferred.2.有外企工作/实习背景或国际项目参与经验，熟练的英语听说读写能力Experience in foreign company or International project participation experience, good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.3.熟练的办公软件操作能力，能够使用Project,Power BI, Python, VBA 或相关数据分析、编程工具Proficient in office software, able to use Power BI, Python, VBA or related data analysis and programming tools.4.良好的分析及逻辑思维能力Good at analysis, logical thinking. 5.持续学习，了解最新的产品及技术变革Continue to learn and follow up the latest product/technology innovation 6.能在压力下工作Can work under pressure.
