Main Task
1. Supply Planning
- Create and monitor KPI’s /Dashboards to keep the service and plan adherence according with the defined targets.
- Flag and identify any capacity/supply related issue to avoid risk of not reaching the agreed targets.
- Process documentation of planning activities (including Procedures, and systems)
- Direct responsible for key E2E processes to support the monthly S&OP processes.
- Analyze service levels and planning parameters and continuously optimize

2. Material Management
- Calculate and communicate internally and externally with suppliers for demand forecast
- Calculate weekly replenishment order base on customer demand & inventory status
- Define component safety stock setup and monitor raw material supply status and ensure material availability for production
- Track inventory health, including comparison and monitoring of inventory status on component & FG level
3. Reporting and Communication
- Provide data basis for service and inventory KPIs
- Support the S&OP Process
- Close Cooperation with Mass Factories, CEF centers, Regional DC’s, GSCM, Suppliers
- Update and deliver the Inventory review, attainment tracker and PSD documents and report to customers every week

4. Operate according to the EHS in daily work.
- If serving as Department Security Officer,
- responsible for the department's information asset identification, risk assessment, risk disposal plan, and regular updates.
- responsible for daily information security training within the department, and participate in the internal information security audit organized by the company.

Qualification
1、Minimum of 2 years total professional experience in Supply Chain related functions
2、Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the data gathering, analysis, operational improvement, and mapping of processes to within SCM environment
