About the Team
We are looking for a new colleague, a Project Manager for ZF Maschinenbau China BU, for ZF AP Production Department at our location of Shanghai. Maschinenbau China is part of the ZF Group, and its mission is to develop and build customized machines to produce ZF products. As part of the ZF group's core competence, our business is growing with the whole group’s strategy in China. There are 50+ employees in the organization of Maschinenbau China.

As part of the ZF group's core competence, our business is growing with the whole group’s strategy in China. There are 50+ employees in the organization of Maschinenbau China.
What you can look forward to as a Project Manager in ZF Maschinenbau China BU:
- Manage project of the General Mechanical Engineering (MB) China. And be able to quote and make machine proposals to customers.
- In charge of Sales opportunity and customer demand development.
- In close cooperation with customers and internal departments, make project cost calculation and quotation.
- Manage the projects to meet project baseline of scope, time and cost during the project lifetime until final acceptance.
- Manage the projects on cost in term of BOM cost and people cost.
- Manage the internal and external resources to better perform the project.
- Manage the project communication to keep the stakeholders performing positive roles in the project.
- Manage projects with the strong mindset of risk, quality.
- Has knowledge and practice experience of project management; PMP certificates is a must.
- Good communication, influence, leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills.
- Empowerment skills and good at diving things done.
- Living/working with a multicultural background, passion in work.
- Strong logic and proactive thinking, well-structured and organized working style.
- Anticipation ability.
- Good experience in the non-standard machinery industry.
- Very good organizational skills, dedicated, and very reliable.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business.
