岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:
1. 负责水处理行业战略客户的开发、关系维护及深度合作 - Identify, develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts in water treatment industry 2. 制定并执行大客户年度销售计划,达成销售目标 - Formulate and execute annual sales plans for key accounts to achieve revenue targets 3. 深入理解客户需求,协调技术团队提供定制化解决方案 - Analyze client needs and collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions 4. 监测行业动态,识别市政、工业等领域的商业机会 - Monitor industry trends to identify business opportunities in municipal/industrial sectors 5. 主导合同谈判,管理应收账款及客户满意度 - Lead contract negotiations and manage accounts receivable/customer satisfaction 6. 建立客户决策层关系网络,提升品牌影响力 - Build C-level relationships to enhance brand presence 7. 定期提交市场分析报告及销售预测 - Prepare market analysis reports and sales forecasts 任职要求 Qualifications 1. 本科及以上学历,环境工程、化学工程或商科相关专业 - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Business 2. 5年以上水处理行业大客户管理经验,熟悉污水处理工艺优先 - 5+ years key account management experience in water treatment, knowledge in WWTP preferred 3. 成功操作过200万+政府/工业项目案例 - Proven track record in handling government/industrial projects over 2 million RMB 4. 出色的商务谈判能力及数据分析能力 - Excellent negotiation skills and data-driven decision making 5. 适应全国范围差旅(30%-70%时间) - Willing to travel nationally (30%-70% time) 6. 英语流利优先 - Business proficiency in English is a plus
