岗位职责 | Responsibilities 1. 运营阿里国际站、Made-in-China及海外社媒平台。 Manage Alibaba International, Made-in-China, and overseas social media platforms. 2. 运用AI工具撰写开发信、优化产品页面、提升营销效率。 Use AI tools to draft development emails, optimize product listings, and improve marketing efficiency. 3. 主动开发海外客户(Google、社媒、平台等渠道)。 Proactively develop overseas customers via Google, social media, and B2B platforms. 4. 跟进询盘并提升成交转化率。 Follow up inquiries and improve conversion rates. 5. 维护老客户,促进复购与长期合作。 Maintain existing clients and promote repeat orders and long-term cooperation. 6. 参与公司海外营销体系搭建与优化。 Participate in building and optimizing the company’s overseas marketing system. 任职要求 | Requirements 1. 年龄35岁以下 Under 35 years old 2. 至少2年以上外贸相关工作经验 Minimum 2 years of experience in foreign trade 3. 具备跨境电商平台实操经验 Hands-on experience with cross-border e-commerce platforms 4. 熟悉线上主动开发客户流程 Familiar with online customer acquisition and proactive outreach 5. 熟练使用国外社媒进行客户拓展 Proficient in using overseas social media for lead generation 6. 懂各种主流外贸AI工具使用 Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is preferred 7. 爱学习,有自驱力,上进心强 Self-motivated, eager to learn, and result-oriented 薪资待遇|Working Benefits 1. 底薪:5000-10000元+绩效奖金+销售提成+五险 Basic Salary: 5,000 - 10,000 RMB + Performance Bonus + Sales Commission + Five Social Insurances 2. 工作时间:9点-17点30,周末双休 Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30, Two Days Off per Week
