Task: 1. Review and receive repair requirement and assign work tasks for mechanical group workers and maintenance engineer on daily work. 2. Manage emergency repair, planned repair and maintenance plan reasonable according to repair request’s orders from planned maintenance module and PM orders from maintenance plan module. 3. Focus on machine reliability, coach subordinates to do more corrective maintenance for frequent failures and critical equipment, coach subordinates to find out valuable and potential machine problems to reduce downtime. 4. Prepare suitable spare parts for the requirements of emergency repair and preventive maintenance. 5. Increase machine reliability of machines, equipment, infrastructure facilities through suitable preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance. 6. Cooperate with CSEI for special equipment (forklifts, OHC, pressure vessels and pipes, pressure gauges and safety valves etc.) inspection; take actions for necessary improvements according to the results of inspection. 7. Cooperate with subcontractor to maintain and repair the FLT and elevator. 8. Lead small mechanical reconstruction projects. 9. Prepare proper tools for subordinates to increase working efficiency and proper works. 10. Answer and provide supports for subordinates on mechanical technology. 11. Proposal to upper about other mechanical issues. 12. Execute other tasks as assigned by department manager or above. Responsibilities: 1. Education: College degree or above with machine manufacturing and engineering background 2. Experience: 5 years experiences with machine maintenance in an industrial environment; experience in international company working is preferred. 3. Language: Able to communicate fluently (oral and in writing) in Mandarin and preferably in English. 4. Computer: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Plant maintenance module 5. Others:Good organization & communication skills, flexible, work on high pressure working environment, self-motivated
