职位描述
Tasks工作职责:
1. Translate the applicable procurement/category strategy into a procurement plan and budget for the own portfolio, acquire approval and execute own procurement plan.
2. Realize and execute procurement plan, manage assigned portfolio, buy goods/services within assigned portfolio, and mitigate risks。
3. Collect, assess, and discuss business requirements and needs concerning goods/services to be purchased(quantities, specifications, and Realize and execute procurement plan, manage assigned portfolio
4. Investigate and analyze relevant market developments with regading to suppliers, price and cost developments and attend relevant events/activities applicable to own local portfolio.
5. Investigate, assess, and select existing and new suppliers by using the agreed requirements and internal guidelines.
6. Determine a negotiation strategy and negotiate with suppliers concerning the price, quality, and delivery conditions for goods and/or services.
7. Translate central (framework) agreements,if applicable, to(detailed) agreements or draw up, monitor and, if necessary, adjust (detailed).
8. Build and maintain relations with suppliers, as well as evaluate and optimize performance of suppliers and solve/discuss quality issues.
9. Provide insights at request or at own initiative regarding quantitative and qualitative developments, like input for budgets and forecasting, by means of periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses, based on reporting guidelines.
10. Manage and execute projects focusing on purchasing and optimization of the own local/regional portfolio within the project management.
11. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor/department head.
Qualification 任职资格:
1. Contribute to an open and innovative working environment within the organization.
2. Good communication skills; good problem-solving skills; good analytical skills; good oral/written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
3. Bachelor above degree, Engineering or related is preferred.
4. Min. 3+ years’ experience in similar area, with facilities construction or equipment maintenance is preferred.
5. Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
