1. 部门工作规划 参与新产品转移前的验收，对有品质风险的项目提出改进意 见并予以跟踪，直至消除
2. 客户标准的输入评审 品质的策划（量检具、试验计划、测量计划、外观标 准、样件等）参与新产品转移前的验收
3. 品质落实 包 含 负责项目 MSA 和 SPC 的落实 、 品质 问题 的关闭 产品合格率的提升
4顾客重大抱怨管理
5. 制程品质的控制与改进 主 要 对每周 月 的生产、 Q Gate 等处的统计数据进 行分析，找出改善点，组织制定改进措施并跟踪实施，直至消除 负责厂内重大 品质问题的分析与改善
岗位要求
1. 专科及以上，机械制造、汽车工程、质量管理及相关专业
2. 3 年以上汽车行业质量开发工作经验或制程品质管理工作经验；
3. 英语四级水平或以上，具有较好的听说读写能力，能够与国外客户进行面对面的沟通交流；
4. 能够熟练运用汽车行业五大工具、 VDA6.3 、 VDA6.5 、 QC 七大手法、 8D 方法等质量工具分析和解决质量问题。
