职位描述
岗位职责:
1 与前期产品结构设计、光学、电子等数据评审，根据产品结构及要求对产品的装配性和合理性提出意见；
2 负责产品工程设计审核，建立BOM，Flow Chart，PFMEA，参与定义原材料类型，装配方式，工艺流程；
3 根据项目要求和外协、外购零部件的技术要求，交采购询价；
4 参与模、检具、工装的制造方案评审；
5 根据项目要求，编制产品相关技术文件，及时提交核准并下发；
6 产品各阶段试制及开发过程问题整改跟踪，开发过程问题的整理汇总并组织相关部门推进整改，确保项目量产；
7 负责各阶段样件的提交工作，配合客户完成OTS匹配和FE验证，以及各阶段装车和试制；
8 作为项目横向协调小组成员，负责其他所有与产品开发相关的事宜；
9 负责跟进产品量产后三个月的产品质量问题；
10 支持产品的批量生产，负责解决与设计、生产有关的产品问题和缺陷；
任职要求:
1 本科及以上学历，机械类或车辆工程相关专业
2 3年以上汽车灯具行业项目开发工作经验；
3 熟悉汽车零部件的开发过程，熟悉开发过程中对产品的技术要求和标准，了解产品的模具、检具、注塑等制造加工工艺；
4 有CATIA数据作成的相关工作经验，熟练掌握CATIA实体操作及2D图纸作成，有设计公司工作经验者优先录用。
