职位描述
1、主导重大项目新产品开发的品质策划，问题点对应；
2、主导重大项目设计变更、工程变更、人员变更的对应；
3、主导重大项目过程能力控制，问题分析与处理；
4、主导重大项目客户抱怨处理 ；
5、主导重大项目内外部审核对应；
6、主导重大项目生产过程能力的提升与改善；
7、重大项目的内部专业计划的实施与改进；
8、日常工作的推进、工作绩效的提升，上级交办的临时工作。
任职要求：
1、本科、机电专业（电机、电子、芯片类相关）、汽车工程、品质及相关专业
2、有2-3年电开门驱动器、控制器类产品品质相关工作经验;
3、具备：扎实的电子电路、电机驱动原理及自动控制理论基础；
4、了解电开门系统的工作原理与驱动机构；熟悉控制器硬件架构（MCU/电源管理/驱动电路/通信接口等）及软件控制逻辑；掌握电开门系统及控制器的常见失效模式并具体分析能力；
5、熟悉汽车质量体系及质量工具。
