职位描述
（1）统招本科及以上学历，从事过暖通、电气及自动化、热动、能源服务等相关工作，2年以上市场开发相关工作经验。
（2）了解分布式能源/节能服务/锅炉等电气设备运营相关技术优先，具备敏锐的市场变化感知能力，根据商务条件初步判断项目可发展性，具有项目开发经验者优先。
（3）具备较好的沟通协调能力，掌握客户沟通的方法与技巧。
2、岗位职责
（1）负责综合能源业务的市场开发，与客户进行前期交流，全面洞察客户能源需求。
（2）负责园区类、工业类、公建类分布式能源项目的市场调研、项目开发、客户关系维护，参与公司综合能源销售计划的制定和实施。
（3）负责泛能微网、工厂、公建设备销售、运维、节能改造、售电代理、电力代运维、光伏推广、数智化产品推广、碳服务等服务型产品销售推广。
（4）编写公司对外的业务宣讲文件，向客户进行前期讲解与技术交流；协同技术部门、设计单位等完成项目建议书、可研、标书等项目文件编写。
