Be responsible for crystal size analysis following RHIM method and also do XRD
tests in future
负责按照奥镁的流程进行晶体大小检测，未来会涉及XRD检测
主要工作内容 Main content：
1. Understand Microscope analysis for crystal size in refractory is a must for this position
必须掌握显微镜操作晶体大小的基本操作
2. Strong learning ability that can adapts quickly following latest RHIM standard to do microscope analysis such as DBM, FM CCM, FM ,RM,Crust, and unburn material
有较强的学习能力，通过短期培训能迅速学会奥镁规定不同种类的原料在显微镜下的物相状态。包括但不限于DBM，电熔，大结晶，皮砂，欠烧料等
3. Know basic information in sample preparation for Bruker， and also chemical analysis
了解给布鲁克设备制样的基本原理，了解化学分析
4. Be fluent with Word, Excel and other office software
熟悉word,excel等办公软件
5. Be familiar with Refractory raw material and finished product
熟悉耐火材料原材料，及产成品
6. Understand the basic operation process of bulk density, sample preparation, sieve analysis….
了解实验室的其他检测例如体积密度操作，筛分操作，制样操作等
7. Whole management of the lab in daily work, and also daily work organizing
实验室的整体管理，日常工作安排，
8. Can do basic communication in English
能进行基本英语沟通则
9. Coordinate the internal &external audit
支内外审工作
10. Testing certification verification and distribution arrangement.

11. Other temporary job。

任职要求Requirements
1. University bachelor’s degree 本科学历
2. Major of refractories or chemistry engineer 耐火材料或化工相关专业
3. 10 years experience of refractory testing. 10年以上耐材相关经验
