职位描述
1、参与设计基于项目目标的社群运营用户路径、玩法、承接流程以及用户留存沉淀全流程,搭建大体量私域流量池;
2、参与、规划社群私域用户生命周期管理,对用户拉新、留存、转化负责;
3、对数据敏感,能通过数据进行追踪、分析、反馈,并能进行优化迭代;
4、设计参与用户分层管理,能根据用户画像持续迭代玩法,精准划分用户并对层级用户针对输出;对用户存量、活跃度负责;
5、对微信(企业微信)生态以及各类辅助工具产品有认知并能熟练使用。
6、具备线上社群和数据运营能力、零售行业数据分析类经验。
任职要求:
1、有大体量社群运营经验优先;熟悉企微社群平台操作及推广模式,有一定的内容策划能力。
2、学习能力强,广告、传媒、市场营销、电子商务专业优先;
3、善于与人沟通,思维活跃,有较强的表达能力和服务意识。
4、责任心强,以结果为导向,抗压能力强,对社群运营有较高兴趣;
