Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research& analysis, track on the development of international and domestic automotive Quality standards and policies. Compile related analytical reports.
- Aligned with VDA QMC global systems, lead the QMC standards system operation, included but not limited to localization, development and iteration in China.
- Represent VDA QMC China in international and domestic automotive standardization activities. Develop and implement communication plan to clearly deliver VDA QMC China’s standard objectives, progress, content, and value to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-departmental, Sino-German, and multi-stakeholder collaboration for standard formulation and revision, maintain close cooperation with Sino-German Industry partners, Institutions and related bodies.
- Conduct exchanges and conferences with automotive industry customers on Quality standards and policies, collect feedback and fulfill standard optimization.
- Collaborate with VDA QMC Germany working groups to promote standards related projects.
- Provide QMC China standards training and / or consulting services.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Automotive Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, etc.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in automotive industry standardization and Quality Management. Experience in automotive standard drafting / development is highly preferred.
- Possession of VDA professional certifications or completion of VDA Quality related training or holding VDA audit qualifications is preferred.
- Familiar with the automotive standards authorities and industry regulatory organizations.
- Chinese as mother language, fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in German shall be desirable.
- Outstanding cross-cultural communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong conflict resolution and adaptability skills, capable of coordinating divergences in multi-party collaboration and working efficiently under high pressure.
- Proactive and results-oriented with high professionalism, accountability and customer service mindset; open to required business travel.
- Strong team spirit, able to collaborate to drive the team achievement.
