We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
- The ability to gather / analyze the business and operational requirements. Work with the relevant stakeholders in business / operation / IT to figure out the appropriate solutions;
- The ability to work with the project team, clearly and concisely track its progress as well as report to Senior IT manager;
- The ability of development engineer for software/application coding, testing and deployment;
- The ability of development engineer to review the coding and testing results;
- The ability of development engineer to manage the process of coding, testing and deployment;
- - The ability of development engineer to application project delivery includes infrastructure setup, application deployment, security assessment, implementation planning, monitoring setup, etc.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Knowledge
- Excellent understanding of architectural concepts, principles and best practices.
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) in both Mandarin and English.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Solid skills in the Business Analysis and Development area.
- Good banking system knowledge and experience in payment, cash and liquidity management area.
- Experience of IT project management, familiar with various project management methodology, e.g. SDLC, Agile, etc.
- Working experience in a relevant role, i.e. as an IT Development Manager.
- A successful track record of delivering complex projects and/or programmes, utilizing appropriate techniques and tools to ensure and measure success
- Self awareness with confidence to work independently and take responsibility for own development
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
- IT experience in financial, core banking or other relevant environments is advantage
- Experience with architecture design, systems integration, data, API and reporting etc, preferably having rich data solution design experience.
- Experience with API and application design such as RESTful API, micro services, Kubernetes etc.
- Experience with infrastructure and middleware such as network, load balancer, application server, MQ etc.
- Experience with database technology such as Linux, PostgresQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis etc.
- Experience with cloud especially Alicloud etc.
- Architecting experience in any of the following areas would be preferred: digitization, core banking, big data, regulatory reporting etc.
