数据控制跨国沟通SAP英文精通非金属矿物制品
JOB SCOPE:
1. Define & implement processes, methods to manage data at BA / Cross BA level
2. Partner to Commercial, Data & BI and the team, supporting business decision-making process and business growth through Data Analysis & Validation
3. Identify & Resolve critical data management topics
4. Lead Data Management projects, interface with Data Owner & the team at Group level
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. 3+ years of experience in master data/data analysis related, preferably multiple countries data
3. SAP knowledge is required; CRM/ BI tool experience is a plus
4. Professional proficiency in both English and Chinese is required
5. Experience in a multi-national organization is preferred
KEY TASKS:
1. Define & implement processes,methods to manage data at BA level –Produce relevant guidelines and manuals to be followed by the organization (Blue book of Data Management)
2. Make sure data provided to teams for Analyzing Market / Client / Product profitability and opportunities to improve business performance are validated
3. Identify & Resolve critical data management topics
4. Initiate, coordinate or lead Data management projects
5. Master Data Champion: representing & coordinating BA in the master data and common language Global
project
6. Coordinate subject matter experts (i.e. Customer codification and creation process, segmentation,Commercial Product and Product groups, ERP Product and Product creation process, Standard costing)
7. Make sure that data flow and content provided to the organization and teams are updated & validated through systematic controls and clearly defined processes
8. Ensuring Master Data is maintained up-to-date in systems (i.e. BI, CRM)
and coordinates / leads so that Data are created and up-to-date in the
ERPs
9. Identify, implement and homogenize the relevant tools / templates when this is required
10. Key user of BI, CRM, SAP and all other relevant tools company will provide
11. Key interfaces: strong partnership to be built with (i) Sales organizations, (ii) Finance, (iii) Product Managers, (iii) Customer Service (iv) IT, (v) Finance, (vi) Group Data management team
