【职位概述】
本岗位隶属于ETS研究院，主要负责开展研究工作，并为ETS在中国及其他泛亚国家的测评与研究服务提供支持。
The Postdoctoral researcher is affiliated with the ETS Research Institute. This role involves conducting research and contributing to ETS assessments and research services in China and other Pan-Asian countries.

We are seeking a motivated, skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team to support a variety of research initiatives, and to coordinate with ETS China and other current and prospective China-based clients and partners.
典型项目包括：跨国研究能力评估；国际职业技术技能测评项目PISA VET的技能评估与研究；配合ETS中国团队为本地客户及合作伙伴提供业务拓展、研究合作、成果传播与服务支持。
Some example projects include: Evaluation of research skills across countries; Skills evaluation and assessment for PISA VET, an international assessment of career and technical skills; Coordination with ETS China to support China-based clients and partners on business development, research-related collaborations, dissemination, and services.
该岗位人员将与研究管理团队、各类研究人员、教育工作者及外部合作伙伴紧密协作，提升ETS全球研究院在中国及其他亚洲国家的影响力，并为研究项目的顺利执行提供及时有效的本地支持。
The postdoctoral researcher will work closely with the research leadership team and a diverse group of researchers, educators, and external partners to expand ETS Global Research Institute's presence in China and other Asian countries and to ensure timely and effective local support for the successful execution of research projects.
【主要职责】
1.科研工作：在研究管理团队指导下，主导并参与各类研究工作，包括研究提案撰写、研究设计、文献综述、数据收集、测评评分、数据分析、报告与论文撰写及成果传播。
Research Contribution: Lead and contribute to a variety of research activities, including proposal preparation, research design, literature review, data collection, scoring of assessments, data analysis, manuscript preparation, and dissemination, working under the guidance of the research leadership team.
2.项目管理：负责项目日常执行，协调外部合作伙伴，管理研究项目，确保项目节点与截止日期按期完成。
Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with external partners, and manage research projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
3.成果传播：通过学术发表、会议报告、研讨会及其他学术与专业渠道推广研究成果。
Dissemination: Lead efforts to disseminate findings through publications, conference presentations, workshops, and other academic and professional venues.
4.外部合作协调：推动与学校、教育机构、技术开发方等外部研究伙伴的合作，支持各项研究工作。
Coordination with External Partners: Facilitate collaboration with external research partners, including schools, educational organizations, and technology developers, to support all aspects of research activities.
5. 根据需要协调中国及周边国家的其他研究相关工作，包括但不限于会议组织协调、成绩报告、测评与服务展示；与客户及合作伙伴就测评、研究、研究服务及相关后勤工作进行对接；与ETS普林斯顿总部及其他相关方协作开展新业务拓展，包括新客户合作的介绍、洽谈与合同落地等相关工作。
Coordinate other research-related work in China and neighboring countries if needed, including but not limited to, conference organization and coordination, score reporting, and demonstration of assessment and services; Coordinate with clients and partners on assessments, research, research services, as well as related logistics; Coordinate with ETS Princeton and other stakeholders on new business development, including coordinating work related to introducing, discussing, and finalizing contracts with new clients.
【任职要求】
1.具备扎实的教育测评与语言测评及相关研究知识。
Strong knowledge about educational and language assessments and related research.
2.优秀的项目管理与组织协调能力。
Strong project management and organizational skills.
3.有学术期刊发表及会议报告成果。
A track record of publishing research in academic journals and presenting at conferences.
4.出色的人际沟通能力，能够与教育工作者、研究人员、技术开发方等多方合作。
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders, including educators, researchers, and technology developers.
5.具备主导并开展教育与劳动力技能测评研究的相关经验。
Demonstrated experience in leading and conducting research in educational and workforce assessments.
6.能够独立或协作牵头相关领域的研究项目。
Demonstrated experience in independently or collaboratively leading research projects in these areas.
7.熟练掌握统计分析方法，包括但不限于描述统计、相关分析、线性模型（方差分析、回归分析），并能使用R或Python等软件。
Proficiency in statistical analysis, including but not limited to descriptive analysis, correlational analysis, and linear models (ANOVA and regression), using related software, such as R or Python.
8.优秀的普通话口头与书面表达能力；具备英语使用能力者优先。
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Mandarin.English proficiency is preferred.
9.良好的团队协作能力，能高效参与团队工作。
Strong collaborative skills with evidence to work effectively in teams.
10.工作认真负责、响应及时，可通过邮件、微信、电话等保持有效沟通。
Dedication and responsiveness, e.g., timely communication via email, WeChat, or Phone.
11.有会议组织或业务拓展经验者优先。
Prior experience in organizing conferences or business development is a plus.
【学历与经验要求】
教育学、心理学、心理测量学或相关专业博士学位，近三年内毕业（2023年及以后毕业）。
A Ph.D. in Education, Psychology, Psychometrics, or a related field, within the last 3 years (graduated in or after 2023).
