Product Engineer(Base in Chongqing)

Product engineer location at Chongqing and support CQ OEM like Seres/Changan/Ford for engineering activity.
Job Task 岗位职责
1. 负责产品开发
Responsible for product development.
1.1 负责根据爱德夏体系文件PMS规定的流程做产品设计开发（3D建模及2D 图纸设计，包括运动分析、公差分析等相关设计工作）。
Responsible for product design （3D module, 2D drawing, Kinematic study, tolerance analysis etc.） according to Edscha PMS procedure.
1.2 负责编制产品责任书、BOM及DFMEA，与工厂讨论制造可行性分析、产品关键重要特性及PFMEA等技术文件
Responsible for product standard performance specifications, BOM and DFMEA, Communication with Edscha Plant for feasibility study ，Overview special product and process characteristics and PFMEA etc.
1.3 负责相关产品项目文件夹的整理、汇编，并将设计、过程经验形成文件，收集汇编专有技术并存档至Know-How文件夹。
Responsible for coordinating and collection of project folders, and make the design and Process experience into documentation, collect and store special technical Know-How.
1.4 负责与供应商或客户技术会谈，并事前做好必要的准备及会后做好报告。Responsible for technical discussions with suppliers and customers include previous Preparations and documentation after discussion.
1.5 负责根据外部和内部的工程更改要求更新产品设计及产品图纸。
Responsible for updating of product design and drawings according to external and internal technical changes.
1.6 在Edpro中维护项目，并确保根据项目进度计划按时完成工作。
Regularly maintain project in Edpro and assure to complete his/her task on time according the agreed project time schedule.
1.7 在重庆当地维护客户端对工程技术问题的及时支持反馈。
Actively support CQ OEM engineering topic communication.
2. 负责产品小组的管理
Responsible for leading of product team
2.1 配合总部团队在重庆客户端及工厂端的各项项目相关事宜。
Support EAT engineering communication with Chongqing customer and Edscha plant.
2.2 负责及时跟踪小组的项目状况，定期更新项目问题清单。
Responsible for monitoring project development status & updating “Project LOP” regularly.
2.3 负责协助产品工程师解决产品开发中的技术问题。
Responsible for supporting product engineers for project technical problem.
2.4 负责协助产品工程师分析解决工厂的相关问题及客户的抱怨。
Responsible for supporting product engineer on trouble shoot from plant and solving complaint from customer.
3. 支持RFQ报价方案
support for technical concept release in RFQ phase.
4. 负责提出产品的VAVE方案。
Responsible for product VAVE concept.
5. 负责产品的专利申请。
Responsible for product patent application.
6. 负责定期拜访客户保持技术沟通。
Responsible for regular customer visit to improve customer technical communication.
7. 对涉及产品设计、过程开发技术保密。
Keep the technology secret, which refers to product design and process development.
8. 严格执行公司各项规章制度和纪律，保持良好的工作秩序。
Adhere to all regulations of the company; keep well work discipline and order.
9. 维护办公设施的完好，保持本部门工作环境的整洁。
Care of the office equipments and keep the working environment clean within the R&D center.
10. 部门经理交给的其它任务
Fulfil other tasks distributed by department manager.
11. 通过参加进修不断提高自己的业务能力水平和语言水平
Improve technical and linguistic qualifications through further training.
Candidate Profile 任职资格
Education background:
• Engineering, technical college graduate (Bachelor or Master).
工程、技术大学学历（工学学士或硕士）
Work Experience:
•3-5 years’ Experience in related product design or Manufacturing process.
3-5年以上相关产品设计或工艺方面经验
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
• Familiar with non-cutting and metal cutting techniques
熟悉金属切削和无切削加工
• Familiar with common manufacturing techniques, rules of technical drawing and standardization
熟悉常用的制造技术、技术绘图的规则、标准化
• Familiar with Chinese standards and regulations regarding to the products
熟悉与相关产品组有关的中国技术标准和规定
• Familiar with CAD (CATIA or UG NX)
熟悉 CAD （CATIA或UG NX）
• Teamwork spirit
具有团队合作精神
• Team management experience and ability
具有团队管理经验及能力
Language：
• Native language is Chinese, good English knowledge (talking and writing)
母语是汉语，良好的英语能力（口语及书面）
