职位描述
任务：
- 根据统计数据积极关注客户的质量体验，直接与我们的全球工程团队、销售网络和客户沟通
- 利用故障分析平台进行统计分析，找出产品或批次问题的薄弱环节
- 收集和调查客户故障背景，并根据背景信息，设计并实施故障分析计划
- 管理具有挑战性的现场故障案例的电气故障分析
- 独立找出对产品质量影响较大的重大案例的根本原因，其中需要深入的电力电子产品知识
- 将测试结果记录到全球故障分析平台中
- 编制专业的故障分析报告。
要求：
- 电力电子学士或 M.Sc
- 3+ 年驱动器（变频器）工作经验
- 对驱动技术有深入的了解，以及利用驱动和 PLC 构建测试设置的能力，通过数据收集进行不同类型的测量
- 全面了解电路原理图和应用接线图
- 具有详细的故障分析能力和能力，具有较强的逻辑思维
- 能够使用 MS Excel、Power BI 和 Minitab 创建和分析统计数据
