Key Responsibilities:
1. Create, update, maintain product technical documentation (such as installation guide, hardware guide, programming guide and online help, etc.);
2. Participate in the whole process of product development, communicate directly with product developers and testers, understand the target product, have an in-depth understanding of product features, workflow and other details, and collect product information required for documentation;
3. Create illustrations and graphical contents for documentation to help users better understand the product;
4. Responsible for translation of technical documentation or product/software user interfaces between Chinese and English;
5. Explore creative solutions, adopt emerging technologies, and implement best practices to enhance the quality and effectiveness of documentation.
6. Learn and be familiar with company internal process and tools for documentation creation.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. A bachelor or above degree in Electrical, Automation or Science subjects, with education in writing, communication or business management preferred;
2. Familiar with technical writing and illustration tools (such as MS Office, Visio, Adobe Acrobat Pro, etc.), with experience of PTC ArborText Editor preferred;
3. Experience in technical writing and documentation creation for PLC, HMI and Motion products is a strong plus;
4. Proficient in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering clear and concise documentation;
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product developers, testers, support teams and other technical writers.
