Job Requirements:
1. Program Management
1) Create "Program Management culture" by ensuring processes defined in the Faurecia Program Management System (PMS) are applied at all steps, and by developing synergies between all actors involved in the program.
2) Support the program management team to guarantee customer satisfaction and the achievement of projects performance.
3) Ensure smooth program transfer from Development Centre to Production Plant.
2. Maintain the definition/ concept for the pointed production system
1) Maintain the product definition by interface with design dept. and customers, take the lead for CS product
development as window to SH engineering function Assist the industrialization of new product.
2) Provide the technical support to production, logistic, quality , purchasing& Sales etc. Dept.
3) Evaluate the ECR/ECO change from customer/internal/suppliers to assist the management of production change.
4) Lead VC workshop in site.
3. Plant readiness to launch program/Series production
1) Build the plant annual CAPEX; and ensure their application in control.
2) Define/update plant layout to support new products launch in line and SOP manufacture.
3) Support production in the start of new processes/project, select suitable facility to lead the installation/adjustment/acceptation process of equipments/tooling/jigs.
4) Define/improve production process and material feeding, and select suitable facility to ensure a industrial successful SOP.
5) Organize to employ HOSHIN to improve environment/safety in site, and optimize the flow of manufacture techniques and logistic.
4. Other and Specific Missions
1) Build plant Ergonomic and improve plant ergonomic performance;
2) Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
3) Abide by the company's ethics and management standard, conform to the conflict of interest statement.
Qualification:
1. Education: Bachelor degree, major in mechanial or chemical is prefer
2. At least 3 years working and management experience in Automotive Industry.
3. Business Plan for benefit from program to SOP
4. Design of Experiments (DOE)
5. Problem solving methodology
6. Launching of new project deliverable(CAPEX/ME)
7. Understanding the terms of BIQS、IATF16949
8. Oral and writing of English
