1. 督管和指导对应厂区SQE小组执行日常供应商质量管理工作;
Supervise and guidance team of SQE to execute the day to day function of supplier quality management
2. 参加与原材料质量相关的各类客户会议和厂内质量改进会议, 并沟通到内部;
Attend all kinds of customer meetings and internal quality improvement meetings related to raw material quality, and communicate to the internal team
3. SQE团队人员的工作分配、工作效率、工作质量的掌握和管理，推动绩效指标的达成；
SQE team personnel's work assignment, work quality control and management, to promote the achievement of performance indicators;
4. 辅导供应商质量保证体系来促进供应商的持续改进和提升产品性能;
Assist suppliers in quality assurance processes and procedures to facilitate continuous
improvement of supplier and product performance.
5. 通过对质量系统、生产过程和特殊工艺的评审来执行年度稽核和参与新供应商的资格认证,包括对供应商PPAP文件的指导;
Perform supplier annual audit and participate in source qualification by performing quality and manufacturing system surveys and special process surveys, including guidance on supplier PPAP documents ;
6. 维护和改进供应商绩效评分并推动供应商改善。组织召开供应商月会;
Maintain and improve suppliers scorecard database and drive supplier for
improvement. Arrange monthly meeting with supplier as required;
