岗位职责: OBJECTIVES Provide effective support to commercial team on all types of sales reports and analysis. Prepare sales performance summary/sales forecast/tendency of sales data for commercial team to acknowledge market performance and define the strategy. Cooperate with the commercial team to follow-up on sales action, special projects, and special collections. Identifying opportunities to increase sales with Commercial team base on historical sales. TASKS Sales Reporting Prepare and distribute sales reports and analysis to the commercial team by analyzing the company's performance with Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Seasonal sales updates Commercial Analysis Support the product & commercial teams by providing: Weekly sales review in own department Every potential element that could have an impact on our sales, including but not limited to social, political, and economic ones Comparing various sales channels and the sales market Analysis focus on key events: sales peak, promotion, rebajas both prior to and following Market overall sales performance Store visit with Commercial Director, Product team to detect potential sales opportunities and problems based on real product situation Pre-analysis in order to define the strategic focus that applies to commercial workshop, such as pilot store, SWS, etc. Monitor the sales figures by various dimensions SKILLS & ATTITUDES High level of ability to analyze data Commercial awareness Strong time management and organizational skills Flexibility and problem solving Strong communication and interpersonal skills Identify the problems and opportunities to be Proactive Strong initiative and self motivation EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS High level skills of Microsoft office, Citrix, MicroStrategy Experience in commercial / retail business Numeric and analytic experience Basic English
