We are seeking a strategic and data-savvy Shopper Marketing Assistant Manager to drive our brand's consumer marketing initiatives. In this role, you will leverage deep consumer insights and advanced analytics to shape integrated on-site and off-site strategies, ultimately optimizing our e-commerce presence and accelerating business growth.
Job responsibilities:
1. Shopper Insight & Market Intelligence
1) Conduct in-depth analysis of e-commerce big data, consumer behavior, and industry demographic trends to identify emerging shopper needs and audience shifts.
2) Leverage population methodologies including AIPL, FAST, NEO, 4A, and Golden Quadrant to generate actionable consumer insight and business growth opportunities.
3) Monitor competitive dynamics across major e-commerce platforms and social media. Integrate multi-dimensional analysis on market trends, consumer behavior and channel performance to inform brand decision-making.
2. Strategic Planning & Business Projection
1) Develop annual consumer marketing strategies and operational plans for both on-site and off-site channels, with clear monthly/quarterly execution roadmaps.
2) Estimate key business KPIs including new/existing customer acquisition and GMV across total store and product lines based on 4A asset analysis and B2C market trends.
3. Campaign Execution & Performance Optimization
1) Design and implement integrated marketing strategies utilizing channel tools and brand resources, collaborating with sales teams to achieve the targets.
2) Analyze media buying efficiency across different channels and provide data-driven optimization recommendations to support business growth and shopper asset accumulation, including platform live streaming, on-site media buying, and content promotion.
3) Master on-site and off-site promotion mechanisms across major e-commerce platforms to develop actionable operational strategies, including user profiling, campaign effectiveness analysis, media performance review, user lifecycle management, and competitive bench-marking.
4) Conduct weekly progress reviews, delivering insights and recommendations through on-site or virtual presentations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, market insights, or media buying. Preference for candidates with FMCG e-commerce marketing, consumer insights, business intelligence, or experience in major market research companies/TP data operations.
3. Strong business acumen in e-commerce with proven track record in independent business research, data analytics, and media analysis that drives practical implementation.
4. Industry experience in Mother & Baby, Health & Wellness, or Nutritional Supplements is a strong plus.
5. Hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing activations including live streaming and media buying.
6. Familiarity with big data ecosystems on both Alibaba and JD.com, such as JD TTP (JDT Strategy Center), Alibaba Strategy Center, Data Bank, and Business Advisor.
7. Able to work professionally in English (written and spoken).
