岗位职责:
Roles & Responsibility：
- Perform business analysis and process design, work with different region and business functions to get business alignment and put on paper.
- Support R&D Group applications like product life cycle management system (PLM/PDM) and take responsibility to roll out to all the branches in China, ANZ, Asia and North America, Europe.
- Find out business process improvement possibility, working with business team on process reengineering and deliver system solution.
- Gather global/regional functional enhancement requirement and deliver with priority settings.
- As SME, collaborate with PMO organization, ensure high quality project plans, deliverables together with timeline, resources, funding, risks management.
- Be ambassador between regional teams and drive high effective global team communications and collaborations with different culture diversity.

- 支持研发团队的应用程序，如产品生命周期管理系统（PLM/PDM），并负责在中国、澳新、亚洲和北美、欧洲的所有分支机构推广。
-找出业务流程改进的可能性，与业务团队合作进行流程再造，并提供系统解决方案。
-收集全球/区域功能增强要求，并设置优先级交付。
- 作为主题专家（SME），与项目管理办公室组织合作，确保高质量的项目计划、交付成果以及时间线、资源、资金和风险管理。
- 成为区域团队之间的沟通大使，并推动不同文化背景的全球团队之间的有效沟通和协作。

任职要求:
Qualification：
- BS degree holder or above
- Ability to manage business stakeholders' expectations and IT satisfaction with different culture diversity across regions.
- Sound knowledge of business process in PLM/PDM/regulatory/Quality systems.
- Knowledge of Tier 1 quality system & tier 1 PLM system for CPG company will be a plus
- Global View and strong English communication skills.
- Strong business sense, skillful in business process flow design, able to translate business requirements into IT solution,
- Strong communication skills with business team, supplier and internal IT team.
- Able to support global business via conference call, WeChat group
- Deliver result under high pressure.

-持有学士学位或以上学历。
-能够管理不同文化多样性地区业务利益相关者的期望和IT满意度。
-对PLM/PDM/监管/质量系统的业务流程有扎实的了解。
-对消费品公司一级质量体系和一级PLM系统有所了解将是一个加分项。
-具有全球视野和强大的英语沟通能力。
-具有较强的商业意识，精通业务流程设计，能够将业务需求转化为IT解决方案。
-与业务团队、供应商和内部IT团队有强大的沟通技巧。
-能够通过电话会议、微信群支持全球业务。
-能在高压下交付成果。
